Social responsibility is an integral part of the Sayers culture. We are a testament to the adage that a company takes on the personality and characteristics of its leader. Gale Sayers has developed a record and reputation for civic and charitable work that rivals his legend as a Hall of Fame football player. Gale’s most recent achievement is the establishment of The Gale Sayers Center.

We are a Minority-owned Business Enterprise (MBE) certified by the Chicago Minority Business Development Council. As such, we find that the door to diversity-sensitive organizations is often open to us. We appreciate these opportunities; yet we understand and applaud the fact that these organizations will never compromise supplier performance in the pursuit of diversity "credit". They see diversity as an added bonus; we simply see it as a shared value and an opportunity for conversation.

Sayers is an active member of the National Minority Supplier Development Council's Corporate Plus® Program. This designation provides Sayers with the ability to satisfy national contracts for NMSDC Corporate Members.
